Cancellation and Refund Policy
Whilst we understand that plans can change, we also have staff to manage and a business to run so would like all of our guests to fully understand the cancellation and refund policy here.
When an activity is booked on line or by phone, 100% of the fee is charged. If your plans change and you cancel the activity with at least 5 days notice you will receive a full refund to the card that was used to make the payment. If you give us less than 5 days but more than 3 day notice you will receive a 50% partial refund of the payment and finally if you give us less that 3 days notice - no refund will be issued. For the sake of clarity, we regard a day as a 24 hour period prior to the day of the activity, the activity day does not count toward the actual notice period. We hope you understand.
